I roll my eyes at some most things that come our way. I am reassured though when what’s old is new or there’s a long history behind an ingredient. Enter charcoal. How to Do a Fall Detox

And there are the types of cleanses that fall somewhere in the middle. The following tea blend is ideal for any of these stages. I personally don't follow strict cleansing fasts. I prefer to prepare cleansing blends and follow a healthy diet.
